REFUND POLICY

Upfront Fees:

• LITE Plan ($5,000 upfront): Non-refundable

• PRIME Plan ($5,000 upfront): Non-refundable

• BIG WIN Plan ($35,000 upfront): Non-refundable after 48 hours

Per-Lead Fees:

• No refunds since you only pay for leads we deliver

• Disputes about lead quality must be reported within 5 days

What's Never Refunded:

• Work already completed

• Setup and campaign creation

• Third-party costs (software, tools, etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel:

• Send written notice to: jeetdas7018@gmail.com

• Must give 30 days advance notice

• Services continue during the 30-day notice period

What Happens When You Cancel:

• We stop all campaigns after 30 days

• You pay for any leads delivered up to cancellation date

• No refund of upfront fees

• We transfer campaign assets to you where possible

DISPUTES

Contact us within 5 days at jeetdas7018@gmail.com for any issues. We'll work to resolve it quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Contract length: 12 months

• You pay your own advertising spend directly to platforms

• We need 15 days to set up campaigns before delivery starts
